Vivid, immersive story worlds that allow you to escape and catch your breath—but that are still grounded in reality, so when you close the cover you can return to the real world with renewed strength.

Beauty to remind you life is for loving
YA Contemporary fantasy
You've been looking for a new read…
All you're finding is
- Gritty, unresolved hopelessness because it's "realistic"—you don't want your real life to look like that.
- Tragedy for the sake of tragedy—you came here to be inspired, not dragged down.
- Characters who don't feel human—you want to find yourself in their journey.
- Closing the cover and being left just as drained as when you began reading.
If not even stories can remind you of beauty, where else can you go?
I'm Jules
I've always turned to stories when life got too much to bear.
Reading is vulnerable, allowing the author and the discussion in the story to speak to my real life. When a book saps my strength by miring me in heaviness and hopelessness, it's like it's let me down.
There's nothing worse than closing the cover and being left with no more strength to face real life than when I started. Stories are there to help us escape—but that escape must equip us to return to reality.
I firmly believe life is meant to be loved and courage can be grown. My stories are there to remind you how to live it out.
My pledge
Stories that honour the beauty of life—from the journey's grand scale to remembering to stop and drink in the sunshine.
Emotional discussion approached with honesty, not shying away from pain; but also with gentleness, so you can feel seen and strengthened instead of mired in the heaviness.
Plot and prose crafted with intentionality to immerse and carry you along the journey, always pushing for greater excellence in storytelling mastery and prose artistry.
In a new story, you need escape that gives you strength to return to real life.
